ABVC.biz® ships orders anywhere in the Continental United States via FedEx Ground. 
(Please note that orders cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes.)
SHIPPING COSTS for:

• Orders totaling less than $50.00 = $6.00.
• Orders totaling $50.00 and over = $FREE

SHIPPING Delivery Time will average 5 to 9 Business Days.

Items Out of Stock / Backorder
If we receive more orders for an item than we carry in stock, it will be placed on backorder until a new supply is received at our warehouse. Your order will remain open for the backordered item and will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the new supply.  Shipping time for backordered items usually falls between 5 and 30 days.
If you wish to cancel your order of any backordered items, you should contact us via e-mail at sales@abvc.biz or by telephone at 1-866-470-ABVC (2282) prior to any shipment of in-stock items.

Return Policy

How do I return something to ABVC.biz?

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return all or part of it for a refund.

Before you return an item, please contact us via e-mail at sales@abvc.biz or by telephone at 1-866-470-ABVC (2282).  It is possible we can credit you for the item without you having to send it back. Please include your name, address and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

• Damage
• Incorrect item shipped
• Dissatisfaction (please explain)
• Other (please explain)

You will receive a reply to your message with shipping instructions for returning the item.
